NewLight Essences Shop Terms of Sale

Purchases of NewLight Essences are for personal use for yourself and loved ones. Practitioners using the essences professionally do so for their clients as part of a consultation and the creation of bespoke remedy combinations.

NewLight Essences are not to be used as part of a proprietary essence blend or product made to be sold on to the public without prior agreement of business terms and written consent by Rebecca Veryan Millar.
 
PURCHASING

All prices listed are in GB pounds. Shipping costs are calculated separately depending on the size of your order and on whether you are ordering from inside the UK or outside. You can place your order securely via the website. If you have any queries, please email us at hello@rebeccaveryanmillar.com prior to ordering.

Payment is taken via PayPal; you do not need a PayPal account to buy from us. All payments processed through PayPal services use the most up-to-date encryption coding for maximum security and peace of mind. If you do not wish to use PayPal you can pay directly by Bank Transfer. Please contact us at hello@rebeccaveryanmillar.com so that we can give you our bank details.
 
POSTAGE – UK

Small packages will be sent by Royal Mail using first class delivery. Larger quantities of essences will be sent by courier and will be calculated accordingly.

Our packages will be sent without insurance or tracking. If you require these, please contact us and we will calculate the costs of this for you.
 
DELIVERY TIMES – UK

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within two working days of receiving your order; we will contact you if this is any different.
 
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS – UK

If the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will arrange to send you a replacement. We may need you to send any damaged products to us first, in which case we will refund you on receipt the cost of your postage. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when sending returns to us.

If you have ordered the wrong product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and return it to us (the cost of returning the product is your own). On receipt of this we will send you out the correct product.
Please note that whilst we will always endeavour to help you, an order cannot be cancelled once you have received confirmation from us that it is being processed.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – EU

All the above information is for orders within the UK.

We will only ship to countries that allow liquid food items to be shipped. If you are aware that this is not the case, please do not order. If we become aware that we are unable to ship to you because of restrictions by your country, we will inform you and refund the payment minus £1.00 PayPal refund fee.

Orders will be usually sent by Airmail. If you require insurance and/or tracking, or if you are an unconfirmed user with PayPal and they require us to ship your package with insurance and tracking for our own protection, we will inform you of any additional costs this may bring for you before proceeding with your order.

NewLight Essences are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. NewLight Essences are not responsible for any delay that may occur with international deliveries due to customs and the receiving country’s own postal system. Items will be sent out by airmail. However, please allow up to 30 days to receive your parcel as delays can be caused by customs.
 
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you wish to cancel all or part of your order, this must be done before receiving our confirmation email. There will be a £1.00 charge to cover the PayPal refund fees. Once an order has been processed your order cannot be cancelled.

We are unable to accept returns from international customers, unless this is the result of our administrative error. In this instance we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately.
 
PROMOTIONS

Where a promotion has been given, enter the code that appears in the newsletter or that has been emailed to you. This code will be valid for the period of time stated on the advertisement and will give the customer the advertised percentage off their goods.
